The Estate offers high quality fly fishing with four tranquil lakes in Albury in the Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty, close to Guildford and another lake situated in the stunning grounds of Syon Park in West London.

The Albury lakes consist of Vale End and Weston for Day mambers, Powder Mills reserved for Season and Syndicate members with Park reserved purely for Syndicate members. Syon Park open to all members.

The Albury Estate trout fishing lakes were created in the late seventies, and many of them have featured the overhauling of redundant millpond areas within a valley which has been archaeologically rich in harnessing the power of water. The lakes are fed by a number of springs as well as the Tillingbourne River that runs along the South side of the North Downs in Surrey from Leith Hill and joins the River Wey near Guildford.

All lakes are well stocked with Rainbow Trout from the Estate Fish Farm and provide excellent Fly Fishing.

The lake at Albury Park is reserved for Syndicate Members. The other three Albury lakes are available for day or season members.

All anglers are required to purchase Fish Tokens prior to fishing. Each fish caught equates to one Fish Token. There is no catch and release.

Coltsford Mill, in Surrey is mentioned in the Domesday Book and at over 940 years old is an exclusive twelve acre estate comprising four acres of picturesque trout water containing two lakes, the Willow and the Mill, each fed by the River Eden, which in turn also feeds the Top Cascade and the Lower Cascade. The River Eden flows into Kent where it becomes a tributary of the River Medway.

Our waters are stocked with hard-fighting Rainbows and Browns, grown on in our own stew-ponds from stock size of 2lb up to heavyweight doubles, boasting a fishery record of 22lb and 2oz.

Day Membership Tickets are available as are Evening Tickets during British Summer Time.

It is strongly recommended that you to book in advance by phone or email. (See details on Prices page). During the Spring and Summer period particularly, there are days when the Fishery is full. On such occasions Anglers turning up without pre-booking risk being refused access if the Fishery is full.
